Removed the exhaust , de catted it , and made a 4 in to 1 system with a tri oval carbon can . sounds NICE .
Waiting for a Power commander to wing its way to me , that is the next job on the list

Any pics of the system, I think it's a great idea!

Don't know, not ridden in the wet yet. Will try to get better pictures when weather clears up a bit. Only got a cheap camera so pictures in garage are crap.

You're making me curious, knowing you have a descent technical background.

What made you come up with a slide out system vs a adjust corner system (like Rizoma for example)
If you slide it out, don't you create an additional gap ?

I realize this should come in handy, for the pannier quick release bikers, as this would give a clean look without the panniers, but still enable the license plate to be moved backwards so the "in between bracket" of the panniers can't interfere.

Gone for slide out rather than angle adjust because it is easier to make in home garage with limited engineering facilities. Also keeps extra rear/brake light at optimal angle to be seen by following traffic. Just clears standard pannier brackets in fully in position.

Please note that if things start appearing in this topic that should be in other forum sections (which they already have) then it will be ended and locked.

This type of topic might seem like a good idea but people simply get lazy and end up posting everything in the same topic. Interesting material then simply gets lost in an ever expanding topic.

I don't want to sound like a killjoy but this topic will be time limited.

To get back on topic:

So my bike got serviced yesterday, and the sprocket I ordered turned out to not be for my model! Bastards, so had to send it back this morning and now waiting on the correct one.

Today I gave my baby a good thorough scrub and clean.
4 Wheels move the body, 2 Wheels move the soul. So get on your Kawasaki, and let the good times roll!

Checked weather for the weekend - 50/50, checked bike was a good looking as yesterday  :047:.

I really love to ride my motorcycle. When I want to just get away and be by myself and clear my head, that's what I do.
