Note the low annual mileage as well! (3K) That would only cover me getting to work and back for 10 weeks  :038:

Yeah I spotted that mdr, but often low milage can work against you too, they look at it as though you don't ride much so your not as experienced or competent as someone that rides more, on the other hand, if you declare high milage they look at is as if your on the road a lot so more likely to be involved in an accident. It's finding that sweet spot in the middle where your riding enough to not be an in experienced risk, but not enough to be more likely to be involved in an accident risk.

Having two small children is reducing my opportunities to ride at the moment, spare time is a rare commodity!!  :827:

I've only managed 1800 miles this year!

Just taken out a new policy with Bennettts. Fully comp, premium package including RAC homestart, and EU breakdown & recovery, helmet, legal etc. 6000 miles per year, £0 voluntary excess came in at £203 purchased through quidco with an additional £20 cash back within 6 months  :028:

Yes I was pleased with that.  Was with esure  previously and the renewal came in at 280 so £100 saving was too good to miss.
