Oxford heated grips - bracket mod
« on: February 15, 2017, 12:15:48 PM »

Hi,

Just though I'd post this as the mod looks quite smart. I'd fitted a set of the oxford heated grips to my 2016 bike but didn't like to OEM bracket for the controller and the way it sat up above the bars.

30 mins in the garage and some satin black paint later and the controller is now sat in line with the bar, looks much better!!

Sorry to be picky - but you now need some nice anodized black bolts to set it off perfectly.  Lovely job though.

I may just do that to mine!, and I've only just left the garage from fitting the new pdoiler that came this morning. Found a nice way to run everything and have most of the tubing hidden.

I started again, the Oem bracket wasnt suitable for modification. I'll take some more photos tomo so you can see what the new bracket looks like👍
