The Evo 3 was from www.racing-planet.co.uk was easy to fit if you have the correct tool for holding the flywheel and it also helps if you read the instructions to remove the existing washer and replace with the thinner one in the box (otherwise it catches on the casing when you start it up  :827: )

I have one which I use if the weather looks a bit iffy, the missus uses it to go to cornwall sometimes, also have a pcx, I use everyday for work.
I would used the j300 for commuting but its a little fat for filtering at rush hour.
I'm told that the j300 tops out at about 95mph never tried it though :018:
