MRA X-Creen Sport XCSA Universal Adjustable Spoiler
« on: June 30, 2017, 04:15:39 PM »
Hi
New to the forum, just had my Burnt Candy Orange Z1000sx 2017 over a week now and clocking up the running miles ready for the first service.
Have noticed the wind buffeting and noise coming off the standard screen, was looking on the internet to see whats available and come across
MRA X-Creen Sport XCSA Universal Adjustable Spoiler.

https://www.bikehps.com/acatalog/MRA_X-creen_Motorcycle_Screen_Flip_Spoiler_Air_Deflector.html

Has anyone got one fitted, heard or know anything about them????

Cheers

Ive had MRA screens in the past and they work very well, but £73 for this ? save your money and buy a Slipscreen tall screen like I did. https://www.flickr.com/photos/149269980@N02/35590938786/in/dateposted-public/

Interested to hear how you get on with Slipscreen, if it makes any difference.

I've got one of those MRA X-screens, its not cheap but you can take it from bike to bike.

It takes a bit of practice getting it in the right position to smooth the airflow and reduce buffeting and if you get it wrong I think it actually makes things worse.

Currently have double bubble screen in its highest position with MRA angled slightly but am toying with the middle setting with a sharper angle on the MRA. Better to have one to fiddle about with, than not and keep wondering!

Or it might all just be in our heads! My mate has the standard screen on his sx, we swapped for a quick blast and both said we preferred the others - go figure.  :008:
