Smoother gear changes and better rear brake feel  :028:

ah nice. you didn't go for different positioning? I'm thinking of buying some and moving them towards the rear a bit, but a bit nervous about the outlay.....

I did have lowered pegs and in rearmost low position these are still a bit higher which is the only drawback for me.  But the smoothness of the gears especially more than makes up for it.

I amalso looking for something like this, I find the standard footrests too far forward, do you now get more vibration through the footpegs?

I can't say that I noticed but I've only been out a couple of runs since I fitted them...

Hi Starsky
Just wondered how you were getting on with the Lightechs?
Thinking of ordering a pair as I find the standard footrests a bit to feet forward and seem to spend a lot of time with just the balls of my feet on the standard rests, heels resting on the exhausts, do the lightechs give you enough adjustment for this type of thing?
Any photos on the bike would be appreciated
Cheers
Dale
