I've got the kawasaki ones I hope I can never and were that side of your question.

On the 2017 and presumably 2018 there are 2 Aux connections wired into the bike on the left hand front fairing with 2 spare ways in the fuse box (marked as grips and Aux) you just need to put in the 2 spare fuses to liven the circuits.

I got my R&G crash bungs at £196 on ebay.

Definitely wasn’t paying £256

Still original Kawasaki beat the Ebay price even, as I see them on the website for £134.95

I looked at the Kawasaki ones but went away from them as the protector is sitting on a tubular shaft. I would perceive the shaft bending under impact and slide, where the R&G protectors sit flush onto the sturdy bracket bolted to the engine mounts.

But each to their own.  :028:
